These terms apply when you or your organisation use Formulate AI (“Formulate”, “we”), including the website and the Formulate app. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you sign up for an organisation, that organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping your login secure. Tell us at contact@formulateai.in if you think your account has been misused.
Plans, credits and payment
- The Free plan includes 500 credits, with limits on runs per day and results per run. We may change free limits to prevent abuse.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, plus GST. Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits; you can buy more at any time. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Agent runs use credits. Reviewing and approving results does not.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Plan fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Your content
You own the content you bring to Formulate and the results your agents produce for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service for you. We do not use it to train AI models. See the privacy policy.
Reviewing agent output
Agents can make mistakes. Results that would be sent to other people or saved to your tools wait for your review first, and you are responsible for what you approve. Check important facts before you rely on them; anything we could not verify is marked “not verified”.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Formulate to send spam or to contact people unlawfully.
- Do not use it for anything illegal, harmful or deceptive.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other customers’ data.
- Respect the terms of the tools you connect, such as LinkedIn or your CRM.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Formulate available and to improve it, and agents may change as they improve. Agents marked “Coming soon” are not yet available. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell account owners before it takes effect.
Liability
Formulate is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore have jurisdiction.
